Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

  • A wrong item was delivered
  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You need a size exchange (subject to stock availability)

Return Process

To request a return/exchange:

  • Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, tags intact, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the error is ours
  • Refunds (if eligible) are processed as store credit or back to the original payment method after inspection

Kindly record an unboxing video while opening your package for any return, exchange, or damage claim. This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate your desired exchange item in the return form. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Discounted items (unless defective)
