- Delivery typically takes 5–10 days, depending on your location.

- While delays due to courier services or weather are beyond our control, we'll always try to support you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns/exchanges only if:
- A wrong item was delivered.
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You need a size exchange (subject to stock availability).
To request a return/exchange:
- Raise your request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, tags intact, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the error is ours.
- Refunds (if eligible) are processed as store credit or back to the original payment method after inspection.
Kindly record an unboxing video while opening your package for any return, exchange, or damage claim. This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
