No, orders once confirmed cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

How will I track my order?

Do you ship to all locations in India?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges only if: a wrong item was delivered, the product is damaged or defective, or you need a size exchange (subject to stock availability). Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Do I need to record an unboxing video?

Yes, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package for any return, exchange, or damage claim. This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Are there any color variations in products?

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences. Many of our pieces are handcrafted, and minor variations are part of their charm and uniqueness.

Can I return discounted items?

Discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange, unless defective. Only one offer or promo code is valid per order.
